Writing a Mantra
Words mean things
Today’s draft grew from a conversation with a friend, where it was suggested that I write myself a mantra that will help me connect to the value of my existence in the world. That got me thinking that it’s a lot to ask of some small little words, and maybe the words just weren’t up to the challenge. Then I remembered this little scrap of paper that has lived on my altar space for a while now, and will certainly move with me to my next home. Those little words have carried a lot.
Do you have a mantra? How has it helped you?
