Winter or So

Looking for some energy

brown and black bird on tree branch

Good morning Dear Ones. It is the time of winter when I am struggling a little bit. It has been gray most of the days the last couple of weeks, and I am ready for a truly warm day. Today’s draft is an exercise in optimism.

(And, if you can relate, check out my friend, Brianne’s Winter Camp. I’ll be teaching a session of DANCEmandala, movement as meditation, at Winter Camp, a new online gathering. If winter is hard for you, and you are looking for a spark of joy and encouragement, you might like Winter Camp. Learn more here.)
