She Believed
It's the attitude
I just finished something that I’ve been working on for a while, and it came out so well. So very well. Then I went to write for a bit, and as sometimes happens, the opposite of what I was feeling came out in the draft.
Text within this block will maintain its original spacing when publishedShe believed she was a cipher. When she drank a glass of water she became a fountain. She believed she was a burden. When she went for a walk in the woods, she made trenches to carry the creeks against the grain of the flow of the earth. She believed the sun hated her and wanted to kill her. In the light her skin turned red and melted away leaving a packet of dust. She believed she was dust. She got carried away with the wind, sparkled in the clear autumn airas she spiraled into clouds.
Tuesday Evening Movement Mediation
We had a lovely DANCEMandala session last Tuesday, and I am going to do it again next week. Join me on Tuesday, October 4 at 6pm EST for a gentle Body Wisdom practice.
About the session:
The DANCEMandala Body Wisdom spiral is a movement meditation practice designed to guide you through the portal of your body to deeper layers of being -- deep into the wells of your own healing. I hope to see you there.
