Just a little embodied grammar

I like how words go, and I really like the idea of grammar as a metaphor — and I am not sure if this whole idea is just a little bit too postmodern for me to express. But it’s fun to play with.
What if I stopped looking for adjectives?
What if I stood in the grammar of subject-verb,
never object.
It would be enough to have a body,
to move a body,
to love a body —
quiet in the entirety of a simple grammar,
unencumbered by punctuation.
