Made of Sugar
Spun into something else
When it rains, does anyone you know ever say, “Don’t worry about me. I’m not made of sugar”? I wonder if that is a Southern U.S. thing.
Today’s draft started with reflecting on being “made of sugar” and got infused with images of spinning sugar into cotton candy — which I find fascinating and lovely.

Movement Meditation Opportunity
On Tuesday, September 27 at 1pm EST I will be offering a DANCEMandala Body Wisdom Spiral experience. The Body Wisdom Spiral uses music and gentle prompts to connect you to your body, and through your body to the deeper wisdom of your being. This is a movement-based practice, and you will decide how much and what kind of movement is right for you.
This practice is for you if:
You live in a body
You are a human
You want to trust your own inner wisdom
The practice takes about an hour. You will be refreshed, connected, and deeply relaxed. I hope you can join me there.
