I am fascinated with found poetry. I love the idea that, given the right context, anything we say can be turned into art. It’s all the same limited number of letters, isn’t it?

I saw you on your walk

as I was on my walk.

You were on the other side of the street.

With all these covering,

it is hard to recognize each other.

But I saw you.

Tonight my husband and I ate our child’s watermelon-shaped gummy candies

and watched a documentary.
